RUSA Instrumentation Facility

The Central Instrumentation Facility sponsored by Government of Andhra Pradesh and is established in 2009. This facility provides hands on training to the students and research scholars belong to Life Sciences, Chemical Sciences and Physical Sciences. The first research facility established in Yogi Vemana University is Central Instrumentation. The facility consists of the following equipments to conduct research.

RUSA SEM Facility

Scanning electron microscopy facility was established by Vice-chancellor, Prof. Attipalli Ramachandra Reddy as a part of RUSA facility in 2018. SEM analysis service is provided for the research scholars, scientists, faculty or staff of the YVU or any other university or institution by providing Job SEM card.

Procedure to be Adopted for the Analysis of Samples

1. Based on the user University / Institution (as mentioned in the aforesaid table) and depending on the number of samples, amount must be credited into the State Bank of India, Yogi Vemana University Branch, MCA A/c No. 38852758032, IFSC: SBIN10109 Y.V. University, Kadapa.

 

2. Samples may be sent through Speed Post / personally handed over to the following address:

3. After receiving the duly filled-in Job Card for SEM analysis and Challan / Receipt the SEM analysis shall be performed.
4. The user supplied samples to be analyzed on first come first service.
5. Delay in supplying the SEM analysis data due to power failure and system malfunctioning to be obliged by the user.
6. Radioactive substances and liquid samples will be summarily rejected for SEM analysis.
7. User once paid the sample charges is not refundable.
