Department of Fine Arts has its own significance in Yogi Vemana University and established Arts Gallery by the collection of Arts of the department since from its inception (2009) in the old sheds of University. Later in 2015 it is moved to the permanent building i.e., Arts and Commerce Building. All these pictures are made in ‘Painting Studio’. They have a tradition that every outgoing student should present at least two drawings of his own to the department and these collected ones are placing in the Art Gallery. The department of Fine Arts also provides these collections to the other departments on request.

Students are enthusiastic to paint beautiful pictures on the walls at various places including Arts and Commerce Block, Sir C.V. Raman Science Block, etc. The excess arts are sent to the departments on request and also supplied to the public offices like airport, forest departments and other government offices.
