Ph.D thesis submitted to various universities like: Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur; Sri Padmavathi Mahila Viswa Vidyalayam, Tirupati, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, etc were adjudicated.
1. Bioremidiation: Microbial consortia for effective degradation and decolonization of anthraquinone dyes: which are more toxic, and are released through the effluents and discharged to public environment. These effluents amended with toxic dyes which are detrimental to living things. As a part of our study we isolated several microorganisms from dye amended soils and made them in to consortia form which is used an indicate to degrade the dye effluents by decolonization efficacy, and also tested various intermediate compounds released via degradation path way and their impact was studies using toxicity studies FTIR, NMR, LCMS, GCMS, HPLC etc.
2. Detection and evaluation of candida species isolated from oral infections of diabetic subjects by using molecular techniques: Oral samples collected from diabetic subjects and isolated candida species and non candida albicans species and their diversity and pathogenicity has been evaluated by using molecular markers and virulence factors. The intensity and progression of the infection can be calibrated by biofilms and tested for their antimicrobial susceptibility.
3. Isolation, and characterization of bacteriophages against multi drug resistant bacteria from wound infections and their potential role in biological control : bacteriophage therapy has potential to find a key role in modern medicine. Isolated bacterial strains from wound infections and determined and characterized them as multi drug resistant strains for which bacteriophages have been isolated and identified. These bacteriophages act against the MDR bacteria which forms biofilms and their lytic probabilities had been earmarked. To overcome the drug resistance these bacteriophages used as a alternative therapeutics in the current scenario.

I am indebted to the faculty of the University, who inculcated scientific temper and research aptitude and I think YVU is a happening place for qualitative research.
The academic ambience and infrastructure of the University are the hallmarks, I consider myself to be lucky to be here and I foresee a bright future in pursuit of Science.
Yogi Vemana University is certainly a hub for meaningful research activities. Research in social sciences here bears contemporary relevance and addresses societal problems.
Yogi Vemana University installed faith in me to explore new avenues in liberal arts which mates us more humane and civilized.
